About Bronwen Allan & Mettamorphosis
Following decades of diverse project management and consulting in the South African financial services sector, I am privileged to honour my passion for person-centred work. Mettamorphosis focuses on skilful change: coaching people to live more meaningfully and peacefully.
With a Masters of Philosophy (ethics), an Advanced Diploma in Mental Health and Wellbeing, End-of-Life doula certifications, and a QQI training and development qualification you are in good hands with this EMCC accredited Senior Practitioner Coach. I specialise in supporting people to make the right kind of purpose-aligned changes, and to facilitate sustainable growth and learning. You’ll hear me say things like “never waste a good crisis” and you can expect me to ask you many thought provoking questions about your wise inklings and inner world.
Mettamorphosis also offers support and information in end-of-life for clients proactively planning, undertaking a life-review or legacy project and those living with a terminal diagnosis or a life-limiting condition.
Coaching Life Transitions
Inspiration
Inspiration
When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me outside – shrieking and swimming in the Irish sea with my Greystones swim crew, gardening optimistically and persuading beauty from bonsai. Restoring balance, you’ll also find me connecting with family and friends, engaging in creative writing, reading hungrily, and taming my previously wild but wonderful cats Akira & Buddy.
Who We Serve
Whilst physically located in Greystones, County Wicklow, Ireland I work remotely via phone or Zoom. I regularly work with clients in Ireland, the UK and South Africa.
